Safely provides short-term rental insurance and optional guest screening for STR property managers, operating since 2015. Coverage includes pet damage, guest-caused intentional and accidental damage, theft, and up to $1M bodily injury and property liability. The model uses a guest-paid fee added to reservations, applicable to Airbnb, Vrbo, OTA bookings, and direct reservations. Claims are processed within three business days.
